Lord Voldemort has returned and is back in power. The Death Eaters numbers are constantly rising; they're taking over. There have been sightings of the dementors, giants and inferi under the Dark Lord's control.
The Order of the Phoenix is also trying to gain more members, but with not as much luck. Many are too afraid to oppose the Dark Lord, now that he is becoming more powerful than before.
Back at Hogwarts, Harry Potter and his friends have come back for their sixth year. Things are changing, the Headmaster has been taking breaks from the castle. The Death Eaters are making continuous attempts to break past Dumbledore's enchantments.
